      If I could give them a negative star, I would.. I spent almost $1500 at this location. I requested brakes. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday. They kept it until Tuesday morning which was the pick up date, according to them. I arrived at 7:30 to pick ot up and it wasn't ready. My kids and I had to find a ride back over to this location. Upon returning, I drove it off the lot and it was shaking and whining worse than when I dropped it off. I called back and they told me they had to put in a new power steering pump. It would take a minute and run it on the interstate. A week later it continues. I stopped by another well known shop. They told me it should not be that hard to turn my wheel. They said that the power steering fluid should not have silver particles in it. I brought it back to Midas and they had an attitude with me so big that they stated it would would 2 1/2 hours to get to my truck. When another person came in for service they told him 1 hour...and everyone after that. My issue has not been resolved!! This is disappointing. I don't know how they received an A+ on any rating. Professionalism, customer service, and automotive services are not up to par. The manager stayed on the phone for 2 hours. He never spoke to me regarding a resolve to my situation. He came in the store and told their mechanic to go shopping while there were 3 people in house waiting on their vehicle.

      Our General Manager Keith B***** reached out to ********* and she indicated that the truck is now fixed properly, and has no issues.
      Most people not familiar with auto repair and maintenance would probably not understand that a vehicle serviced by a tech that is capable of installing large units like power steering pumps, transmissions, engines , water pumps etc has to be returned to the same person who worked on it . Most repair shops have 1 to 3 high level techs and more general purpose techs who will usually not be capable of taking on a large , complex repair. At this location we service about 30-35 vehicles a day, so we assume that the other customers that are being referenced would have either been a tire rotation, oil change, or other less complex repair. We treasure our customers and want all the best for them, but just like a doctors office, you have to return to the same doctor a huge percent of the time.
      Thanks for the opportunity to straighten up this random failure of a newly installed part.
