      I started on this journey in June 2024 when I made an appointment with Care-Fluent at ************* for shoe inserts. My appointment was on June 20, 2024. At that appointment it was decided I did need new inserts and a lift. A lift was put inside the shoe to see how it would work. The lift made the foot to high in the shoe making the lift had to be inserted in the sole of the shoe. On June 25th, I saw my orthopedic doctor and he said I need a 3/8 inch lift in my right shoe. The next day I took a new pair of shoes to Care-Fluent and gave them to the lady at the desk. I wrote on top of the box that a 3/8 inch lift would be needed in the right shoe. She said she would make sure the tech would see the note on the shoe box. I had my next appointment on July 25. Almost a month later than my first appointment. At my July 25 appointment the lifts were not done to my shoes. The box was there with the note on top of the box. The shoes were now set out to split the sole to add the 3/8 inch lift. Phone calls to Care-Fluent:August 6, 3:31 asked status of shoes August 19 10:33 still looking for shoes August 19 4:23 still looking for shoes August 20 9:32 still looking for shoes August 21 3:23 someone finally called me back, said would look for shoes August 26 4:40 still looking for shoes August 27 12:07 left message at Vandy Patient Relations, left message about problems with Care-Fluent August 29 9:36 left another message for Vandy Patient Relations August 29 Vandy Patient Relations called back and stated they had no over site with Care-Fluent and they would not help me.Sept. 3 2:59 still looking for shoes Sept 18 finally received shoes 2 months later Sept 20 1:14 Asked for refund Sept 20 management said would look into refund Sept 26 1:21 called again looking for refund Sept 27 3:13 Care-Fluent called and said they would not help me.Care-Fluent does not care about their patients, same with Vandy Patient Relations.I'm still asking for refund.

      Still haven't heard from Vanderbilt. Also unable to respond to your email messages.  Can open them , but  Can't fill out information.
