    I took my computer to get my screen replaced, on December 26, 2023. I kept calling asking when will my computer would be ready. And kept getting the run around. Early February 2024, I had to pay $282 for a replacement screen. Finally, my screen had been replaced. But then i was told the computer wouldn't come on. This is after I saw it come on but the man wouldn't let me get to the computer. Then he kept trying different cords and then it didn't work anymore. Long story short i never got my computer back. He did give a loaner computer. But it is smaller, less storage and slower processor than my computer was. But it's okay, cause I'm going to let God handle it. Just thought y'all should know.     8/28/24 I went to get some soldering done on a circuit board. I was told it would be completed within 3-5 business days and would be updated when it is close to completion and when it is completed via phone and email. All I was paying for was a service, the soldering. I showed them what was wrong and then said exactly what I needed to be replaced. Several days elapsed and I had called them only to be told the same story each time. It will be done by Friday. Friday came and I drove down there and it was not done. It will be done in two more days. I waited three days. Drove to the store again. Only to be told that they needed to order the part because it never got ordered. Numerous delays and lies were told, I never received one call back from the store, or email. I was charged $98.33 only to be refunded not my original amount. They tried to only give me $73.33 after saying well we had to conduct the diagnosis. I never paid for a diagnosis there was nothing to diagnose. All I asked was somebody who had the skills to solder circuits, to solder my component for me. That is all. A basic request for a service, not asking what is wrong, just trying to have someone assist me in installing this part. That was our initial agreement. They were trying to scam me out of my money, I told them that wasn't what I paid for but they didnt care anyways. Also if you can check on the ****** reviews and ******** reviews of the business it is very misleading showing 4-5 stars when if you set it to recent reviews it shows that they have bots in the reviews putting 5 stars that the business owner probably paid for to help it look good, if you filter it to recent and look at most of them they are all 1 star and having the same complaints of poor customer service, scams, disrespect, and also they were talking to me in a condescending manner and very racist towards me for no reason. I treated them very respectfully. Many other people have had similar issues. Owner never tried to resolve.

    I took my computer for a repair and was given a flat rate but when I went to pick up they were charging me double the price.
