      Avoid at all costs! He showed up at my door out of the blue, trying to get the project I posted about in a*** neighborhood group. He poured concrete in my backyard last year, and covered the A/C drainage pipe, causing an indoors flood, as the water had no way to go out and circle back into the house. He came and broke the concrete and dug a hole that fills up with the water drained from the A/C in no time and pounds there right by and under the house. Thank God I took pictures previously, so I looked at them and told him exactly where the drainage pipe was and where to break the concrete, because he had no idea. He also poured concrete over the A/C copper pipe that goes from the house to the outdoors unit. Not sure how it's going to turn out when I will have to change the A/C unit. The concrete has various cracks less than one year later, and it shows signs of the gravel layer coming out in multiple places. When contacted, the owner Darrell H**** blamed it on the global warming, suggested a full charge should he come to do repair his own mess, and hung up on me. I have paid in full what he asked for, I did not negotiate. I did help him myself with the work where I could. He had me waiting for 3 or 4 months to complete this job, He did not come to work every day, though the weather was ok for outdoors work. I have pre and post pictures to support my review, if needed. Do not use him, he does not know what he's doing. Will taker your money and blame his poor work on the global warming.
