I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from this company. Danny M**** came out and gave me a great quote. The installation went smoothly and they did a great job. Danny and Steve came out several times to make sure everything was done to their high standards. Couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of the work!

We spoke with 3 roofing companies before choosing 1 IBF Roofing & Exteriors. Steve and Greg came to our home to meet with us about everything we wanted to have done. We had the roof, gable vents and shutters replaced. Any issues that we had were addressed right away and to our satisfaction. When there was a shipping delay, we were notified and were kept updated. We received pictures via text so we could see the progress. Everything looks great and we are very pleased.1 BFI Roofing & Exteriors, LLC

The original estimate of wind damage from our insurance company was not accurate. Steve at BFI submitted more information and got the entire roof replaced. He made sure our roof was done right and gave us a great warranty on top of that. Our new roof and gutters look great!1 BFI Roofing & Exteriors, LLC

I would recommend 1BFI Roofing & Exteriors to anyone needing roofing repair. We had wind damage to our shingles. I’ve used this company on a number of projects and they have always exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for an honest contractor that makes the entire process simple for you this is the company. I’ve also used them on a couple insurance claims and they handled everything with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. 1 BFI is amazing to work with! They have set out to redefine what it means to work with contractors and it truly shows. They show up when they say they will, they thoroughly communicate any delays (weather or emergency situations, etc), they have excellent follow up AND follow through. If they say they’ll do it: they do.
I’ve had NIGHTMARES of experience with other roofing companies and contractors, but 1 BFI makes it as easy as the process SHOULD be. No stress, no over promising and under delivering, no ghosting.
These days it’s hard to find someone who isn’t trying to take advantage of a situation… 1 BFI is the needle in the haystack. Excellent customer service from beginning to end! They are my “go to” for all of my exterior needs; they should be yours too!1 BFI Roofing & Exteriors, LLC
