      We had the worst experience of are life at what was our favorite Hotel. We took our children as we do most years to the Ice event and stayed only for two days. The people they had employed to represent them at the Christmas event were not only haters of Christmas but hated all of us. Cursed at us while getting our shoes from Ice skating and kept calling my wife a Christmas B. Highly inappropriate and when I came in to address it tried to attack me. I did not hit him but rather took my family and walked away to get them to the Ice show about to start. We were then approached by the Hotel security and told to leave. It was the most absurd thing I had ever heard and traumatizing for my children. They did not get to go to the Ice show and no one has reached out to us to even return all of our money spent. The cops did come and pleaded with the security not to make us leave for at this time the kids were asleep in bed at 11Pm. The security guard on duty said it was their policy and would not listen to the officers. He reminded me of a guy that let his possession go to his head because his boss was at home with his children. I drove two hours home then back again to talk to management to tell them how we were treated and we were met at the door by security and told there was no one to talk to besides them. I tried to call many times and yesterday was called by a supervisor names Cierra that seen what we were put through and new we were costumers that stayed there many times and this treatment was totally uncalled for. She was very kind and what we were used to seeing at this hotel but she did not have the authority to make it right. We still have not been returned our money and they have given my children a horrible memory for life. Please change your mind when going to this Hotel event at Christmas. There unwillingness to treat us right or even apologize has created a enemy of a great customer. Don't go here, your not safe and cant defend your family
