      Professional services involved with O365, data, and project related items is just terrible.
      Worked with them for a few years on large projects and the last 1.5 years the knowledge and professionalism went downhill. They were a valued vendor until about 2022. Would not work with again and would not recommend.
      unresponsive, paid for services we didn't receive, professionalism was awful, knowledge was about average (when we relied on them to be subject matter experts).

      Quality of work went from excellent to incomplete at best. This down hill decline was cemented when the last contracted item we attempted to complete went unperformed. We're no longer using them for assistance with projects.
