    I made a purchase that I never received, and the company has refused to respond or refund me for the expedited shipping fee. After checking with ****, I discovered that they never purchased expedited shipping as claimed; instead, they shipped the package via standard delivery while charging me for expedited service. To date, I have not received my package or any refund. Despite multiple emails and phone calls informing them of the issue, I have yet to receive any response regarding my missing package or the fraudulent shipping charge.

    As you can see from the **** tracking, we received an online order on 2/2/25 (which is a Sunday and our store is not open).  We packaged up the item and created a mailing label  on 2/3/25.  The **** picked up the item on 2/4/25 and processed through their system.  At that point, we have no control or recourse for the process of the Postal Service.  All they could tell us is exactly what we could see on line.  The customer wanted us to track the package...which we did and could not find out anything other than "its in the system".  The customer did finally receive the package on 2/14/25 per the tracking information.  Wish we could have speed up the process, but we don't have any control over other shipping companies.  We did everything with the upmost speed and accuracy.  Glad the customer received the items.
