On 8/22/24 I purchased 2 pre-sale GA Reserved Seating tickets for ****** + a parking pass ***** + fees ***** + facility ***** + tax ***** = ****** total for Live On The Plains on 11/9/24. Upon arrival at the festival we discovered there was no seating at all and we were given a VIP wristband. No employees knew anything about a reserved seated area. After the concert I emailed live on the plains asking for clarification. They stated on 9/25 or 9/27 they had sent an email explaining those seats were no longer available section and they were upgrading us to VIP status. I have no record of any email stating this and other concert goers have said the same thing. At the time of presale the VIP band we received was selling for ****** which is 30 dollars less than my original purchase per ticket. Im seeking ***** dollars to cover the difference. I have sent this request to Peachtree entertainment, but they have stopped responding.

On April 19 and April 20, a music festival named Rock the Country was set to host is *******, ********. My two favorite artist, ******* ******* and ***** ****** were preforming Friday April 19. Those two were the main reason I bought tickets. I bought two tickets that cost a total of $530.04. Friday, we leave from our hotel and we were met with a line of cars trying to enter the festival. ******* played at 7:30 and ***** played at 9. We left our hotel around 4:30 considering our hotel was about 25 minutes away from the fairgrounds. That Friday, me and everyone infront and behind me waited over 3 hours to get into the gates of the festival, not including parking and hiking up to the fairgrounds to reach the stage. We slowly crawled our way to the gate of the festival only to have truly arrived at 9PM. To which we were directed to park way back in a field. I have been to festivals before so the parking in a field is normal and I know that, but by the time we would have parked and hiked to the stage, the entire night would be over. Considering it was 9 by the time we entered the gates, I decided to not park and continue on to the hotel, considering I have already missed the entire festival anyway, all because they sold more tickets than spaces. I never got to see the artists I payed to see, all because they did not have their parking situation figured out before hand. I have tried contacting Rock the Country but no one is answering me. I have only gotten one response from them stating they are looking into my situation and will get back to me ASAP, that email was sent in April. I have sent 8 total emails to Rock the Country and they have yet to respond. I spent good money to see my favorite artist and never was able to see them, instead I spent over 3 hours in a car line waiting to get in all because they didnt have parking. I have pictures to show for proof as well. I also have more info and complaints about Saturday with pictures but I am reaching my character limit.

I appreciate the effort the BBB is doing to try and contact Rock the Country. I have contiued emailing them and I even DMed the company on instagram. I explained to them that I bought tickets to their festival is ******* and was one of the thousands that did not make it in due to them selling more tickets than parking spots. I explained that some did reach out to me at first and said they would get back to me ASAP, but they never did. Shockingly, *** responded and asked what email I sent the emails to and what my email was. I respsonded to answer their questions and they left me on seen. On Instagram you can see if someone has read your message or not, they opened and read my message and never responded back to me once again. I understand I am probably not the only one trying to get something sort out from this situation. Thousands of people did not make it in because of their parking situation, but they keep ignoring me. I paid good money to see my favorite artist and I never got to see them all because they didnt have anywhere to park people.

I want the BBB to keep putting in efforts for my compliant but is there any other resources I can go to for this as well?
