    Knowing I had sensitivity, they did not offer a pretest. When I had a bad reaction, the manager put the responsibility on me to request a pretest. It also took days to get a manager to contact me. The one regular level girl I saw was rude and didn’t actually put any lashes on, but the master level girls were good. My overall experience was days of scratchy, red, irritated eyes, which could’ve been avoided if they’d done a pretest, but they’re too focused on getting your money and keeping it. I got NO refund of any kind. Beware of this place… it’s far from Amazing.

    My appointment was in November 2022 for a set of lashes. The young lady glued my eyes shut. I still tipped her and bought products. I used the money in my account that I saved and used my card for payment. After I left I started experiencing issues with my eyes & called back & informed the staff & requested a refund. They said they would call me back. The manager was out. Then I have written customer service 5 times with only 1 response & she said she refunded the money but did not. I went to the store & the young lady confirmed no refunded & again the manager was not in & no one can help me. She stated the manager would call me the following week and never did. My contacts were burnt on top of the lenses & I had to replace them. I still have trouble opening my eyes for long periods of time. All I’ve asked for is a refund for the lashes & the product but they choose to ignore me. They don’t care about the clients that come into their store. It’s just the money they care about!! The manager must work on profit only! DON’T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR EYES! IT’S NOT WORTH IT!
