On October *******. My co teachers and I placed an order at 12:50 for our group online. The website stated that the order would be fine at 2pm. When inquiring about how long the order would take after a 2 hour wait. The owner became extremely rude and disrespectful. She refused to give us our food or our refund. We spent 98 dollars and were treated with nothing but disrespect

Customer placed order and paid for order online with instructions to pick up order with an hour wait. 3rd party arrived at restaurant to pick up order but it was not ready. The 3rd party picking up order was told that the order was not ready and that it would be ready soon. When order was ready the person that was picking up the food stated that they did not want it and requested a refund. Refund was given by cashier. The 3rd party picking up order never talked to the owner at anytime only dealt and communicated to cashier the entire time. Video of interaction is also available if needed. Refunds could take up to 24hr, but this refund took only less than a half hour. Photo of cash out, refund and customer included in evidence.
