      The men they sent out here did NOT speak English. They worked them after 9pm. We finally asked them to leave.
      The workers (2) were not provided proper equipment. They built a railing that not installed properly and ver wobbly. Fencing gates not properly installed.
      The workers either used the bathroom on my property, or had awesome bowels and ladders. They would not come in to use the bathroom. A 1 day project took 3 days of trips and still was not done right. I would NEVER use them again.

      Kowboy Fence requires a 50% down payment and 50% when the work STARTS. That means you have paid 100% before the workers have actually done anything. This is a violation of Tennessee law which states that contractors may not require more than 1/3 down payment. ******************************************************************************************************
