1 starFALSE ADVERTISING: I had two water damage events at my home within a 13-month period and hired SERVPRO of Belle Meade both times, because of their advertising tag line, “Like it Never Even Happened.” This was the first time I hired a water remediation company, so I found their advertising reassuring. They completed the water remediation of the damaged areas, not was not available to perform the restoration work needed, either time. I was not told that when I initially hired them. Both incidents left my home with no insulation, walls, floors, and ceilings, in the damaged areas for months, in the winter, while researching and eventually hiring a contractor to finish the restoration and make my home look “like it never even happened.”

5 starsServpro of Belle Meade was amazing to work with. They mitigated water damage caused by a leaky dishwasher, that did some pretty good damage under the crawl space. They fixed the water damage and then their construction team came in to demo the entire kitchen and replace everything, cabinets, floor, paint walls and trim. It was an amazing project! And they did it all in two weeks! They definitely have some stellar project management skills.SERVPRO of Belle Meade/West Nashville

5 starsSERVPRO of Belle Meade did an outstanding job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent this week! They kept me well informed as the weather forced us to move my scheduled service. The team arrived on time for both the consultation and appointment, worked around my pets, and cleaned up everything before leaving. They even had another person come a few hours later to do a quality/customer service check! 5 starsSERVPRO of North Nashville came out to clean my sleeper sofa. My dog is my baby, but no matter how much I vacuumed it, the couch still had deeply embedded hairs. Jason and Trent picked up the couch and arrived on time with lots of communication. Jason touched base with me several times over the next two days to let me know the progress of the cleaning, and even sent me pictures! They delivered the couch back to me in like-new condition and even helped me move some other furniture to place it right.
