      I am so disappointed with the poor customer service and disingenuous behavior of the staff of NashCo Furniture in Nashville. I purchased a sofa in April 2023, along with a warranty, and upon delivery, it was discovered that the cushions to the sofa had defects. One cushion even had a moon-shaped dip under the upholstery. I took pictures and a video and sent it immediately to my salesperson, Silvia, who assured me that NashCo takes care of its customers and that I would need to submit a warranty claim. I was curious about why I needed to submit a warranty when the cushions came out of the box upon delivery with defects; however, I complied. Days went by without hearing from NashCo or the warranty company. Days turned into weeks of me calling multiple times and even visiting the store to get feedback. There, I spoke with Chris, the store manager who said they were still working on the problem and that he would remedy this problem for us. I finally received a phone call from Mindy, another NashCo employee in early May 2023. She told me that the warranty claim had been denied, citing the warranty company with, "all of the cushions are made like that, and even if they sent out new cushions, it would be the same, so there was no use in sending out new cushions. I was shocked! I asked Mindy for the name, email address, and telephone number of her supervisor and owner of the company. She was reluctant to share the information. She told me that her supervisor, Markus M****, was away from the office and didn't have an office telephone number! The next day, I received a phone call from Chris, who told me that he was going to fix this situation for my family and get new cushions. He asked me to be patient and to give him a few days. I foolishly agreed. It took him 5 days to call back, mid May 2023, to tell my husband that they "couldn't get the other party to budge, and that they could give us the used sofa cushions from the display on the showroom floor.
