    This business is totally disorganized. Paid for a generator in August, 2024. Then, the business went bankrupt (after taking 50% downpayment). The "corporate" office took over and was unable to provide any information regarding an install date. Asked multiple times for them to come out and verify the location of the generator (level, etc). I was told everything was fine until the day before the install date (in March - 7 months after contract). Then, I'm told that the generator would need to be farther away from the house because the location that was proposed and reviewed by the sales people was too close to the panel and the exterior AC units. It took one day for guys to put in the base, then another day for someone to install the new panel and wire it up. Then, had to wait a week for someone to connect the gas line to the generator because the guys that install the base are different from the guys that do the electrical and are different from the guy that does the gas. Waited all day for the gas guy just to get a call, at the end of the day, that he would not be able to make it for 4 more days. Ridiculous organization -I would never choose this company again. When I had a generator installed at my previous house in another state, we had the gas line run prior to the install (as we did here) and one crew came out and did the entire install in one day. This ordeal will have taken nearly 8 months before the generator is even tested.
    Update: After very limited communication, GS finally finished the install and tutorial. Although I had many issues with their follow-up, I received 5 calls after the tutorial asking for payment. So, almost no communication on what was happening and next steps on install, but they couldn't wait to get paid. Stay Away!
