    My daughter and I visited Art Urban while we were in TN to celebrate her 21st birthday. We did splatter paint and asked before we left of we can go back the next day (when we were leaving to drive back to WI) to pick up in the morning. We were told that wasn’t a problem and that we could pick up at 9 when they open. Next morning comes along (Sunday) and they are not open. I call and leave a voice mail about what happened and asked if I could pay to have the paintings sent to us and left my number for a call back. No one called back. I called again after they had been open few hours and the lady told us she could not find our paintings and she would reach out to the worker who ended the day before and get back to us. A week later we have heard nothing back, even though my daughter sent them an email asking for an update. I will try calling again, but this is very unprofessional. And just wrong to do to your paying customer.
