1 starLong Story Short, they ghosted me despite a dozen contacts.
We are actually home builders so we do know what we are doing....but for the first time we had to buy an existing home.
This business was hired by the home seller to fix several items. when we moved in they were NOT working. Asked the HO and he referred us to ER Handyman Services. I called, texted, emailed. Finally asked HO to intervene because frankly it was his issue. They finally responded to me and we spoke briefly and their attitude was 'it was working when we left." I iterated that it isn't working NOW but since they knew how it worked, I was willing to pay if they would just come back....they agreed to call after Memorial Day. No call back. I literally called, emailed, texted different days, different times, to both the owner and actual handyman. I emailed them and included the HO. No response. Then I said I am giving you until Monday to contact me and I will go to BBB. No response. So, here we sit. I was never unkind or unreasonable. Just got ghosted.Review fromRobin A
