    This company falsely accused me of selling counterfeit items on two different websites, I only provide and sell genuine product, an ex partner bought from their website a few years ago, it was a gift but I no longer have a use from it (Ex Partner) They had my posts taken down on both ******* and **** claiming it was counterfeit and infringed on their rights when this is a false accusation and allegation. This company is abusing policies on websites to eliminate any potential competitors. Only they want to be the ones to sell on platforms for sellers like myself. They retaliate to any potential competitor by having their posts taken down, monopolizing the brand, and tanking credibility with algorithms. however I am selling a personal genuine product from my personal collection and not selling the rights or infringing on any rights. Goorin Brothers uses Dream Cap as their mainline maker of hats and have attached proof of its authenticity They have impacted my credibility on both websites and have caused my ratings with the ai algorithm to drop significantly impacting my finances.The company needs to be held accountable for their abuse of policies and falsifying information about counterfeit products

    This is the Brand Protection and ******************* of Goorin Bros. We have received the complaint that you submitted to the BBB. I am not sure why you did not contact us directly regarding this matter.

    I am sorry that you feel that you have been falsely accused of selling counterfeit product.

    In order to investigate this further, I will need you to provide the following information. Feel free to email us directly at *******************************************************

     - What is the name of your seller/store ID on Mercari that was the subject of the takedown notices that you received from our 3rd Party online monitoring and enforcement provider?
     - What is the name of your seller/store ID on **** that was the subject of the takedown notices that you received from our 3rd Party online monitoring and enforcement provider?
     - Do you have any invoices or receipts of the products that you state were purchased by your ex-partner to verify the authenticity?
     - Can you provide more pictures of the hats that are the subject of the listings that were taken down?
     - Please include the following images:
         - Front panel and visor
         - Logo on the left side of the visor
         - Underside of visor
         - Rear snap-back
         - Interior images of any sewn-in labels
         - Images of any hang tags attached to the hat
         - Interior image of the backside of the front panel (opposite of the where the animal patch would be attached).  

    You included an image of a sewn-in label that listed *********. If this was from one of the Goorinhats that was the subject of the takedown, then I can tell you with 100%certainly that your ex-partner did not purchase that hat from our website and the hat(s) that you have is in fact a counterfeit. Goorin manufacturers all our hats using our own contract manufacturing facilities. We do not resell/rebrand other hats. There would never be a tag on an authentic Goorin Hat that says anything besides Goorin Bros.

    I am happy to provide more details about the authenticity (or lack thereof) once you send the requested pictures.
