    Discrepancy on my account balance.I reached out to gain clarity on the balance and frequent "Adjustments" to my account. I made multiple attempts to understand these charges, but have not received any explanation. I consulted with my HR department and have records indicating my total garnishments from 2021 to 2023 amounted to $10,646.43. Additionally, I contacted the Davidson County ********************************** Circuit Court Clerk and confirmed a zero balance. I was initially informed of a $4,444 balance by ***** ******, the *** president, in late 2023. Since then, I've made payments totaling $3,301.87 from October 2023 to September 2024. However, my account still reflects a balance of $2,687.02. To review: - My HR department records from 2021 to 2023 show total garnishments of $10,646.43 (2021: $3058.13 and *********: $7588.30)- The General Sessions Court indicates my balance is zero.- I was informed of a $4,444 balance by *****, the *** president, in late 2023.- From October 2023 to September 2024, I've paid $3,301.87 towards this balance.- Despite these payments, I'm still seeing a balance of $2,687.02 In total, I've paid $13,948.30, yet my account does not reflect this. ****** from the ***************** stated that these "Adjustments" are made by the *** or property management's bookkeeper, not their office. After taken the necessary steps to fulfill/satisfy the requirements laid out. I've asked the ***************** (***** D. *****, formerly with ********************************************** but has since moved to *******************, ***, and property management to provide me with detailed information on these 'Adjustments" and help resolve this discrepancy. These "Adjustments" seem to be added randomly to my account and vary significantly in amount, which has raised several questions for me. As of today, October 11, 2024, I have paid $14,442.08; this includes attorney and filing fees.

    After researching this matter, it appears that this complaint is actually regarding another company, Kaman & ********. The attorney mentioned in the complaint, ***** *****, was an Of Counsel attorney with our firm for a few years but he went to another firm in January 2024 and took this matter with him. Please let me know if you need any additional details.
