    Hello. This is a warning and complaint about Design Deca. I hired them with a contract in place. I am now devastated by a $20,000.00 loss and no service provided by Design Deca. Beware!Is there anything I can do?

    I have paid ****** dollars from February until June of 2023 in piecemeal of payments. When I finished the payments, I never heard from the company again. The three numbers have no one answering! I am heartbroken. I did this for a novel and a ******** I sent the information. I paid with my Debit Card and ***** was very trusting. I have never spent money like this. I have never had a car. This was my dream. The website was swashbuckling and Bark recommended them to me. The company is based in *********, *********- Design Deca/*********************************************************/ phone number ************/*********************-************/***************************-************-He called once after I left messages -he called after months of my trying to reach them. He said he would contact me in ***** hours, now I have not heard from him. Please help me. Sincerely, *****************************, ************

    Dear Sir, 

    On the 30 of October, ********************* called back to me and said that he had been ill. I said that I understood illness but why wasn't there a receptionist or someone to reach since the 23 of June 2023.

    ********************* apologized for "what he had put me through." He then gave me several numbers. The phone number is ************. and ************.

    The date is now the 20 of November, 2023. A man named *********************** now answers my calls and is in charge of my two projects. They say that this will be done by February 2024.

    I asked why had there not been a main number and why was there a recording of a woman's voice whenever I called the **** number. *********************** said that *************************** works overseas and owns ten to fifteen companies. ********************* left the company and the one person who answered the phone ************************* left according to ********************* because ***** lost his brother. 

    I am at least getting a response and I believe that they are working on the two projects. The four months when I could not reach this company have been traumatic but they seem to be answering right now. I paid 13 thousand for these two projects, and I was able to get **** refunded because it was within the three months and then *********************** asked to refurbish the **** so I did, and they are supposedly working on the two projects.

    They said that ********************* had been ill and that he took his clients' work with him when he became ill. They said that the company is preventing that from this happening again. They also said that the **** number on the website is a separated company. 

    So if they finish the work, I will withdraw the full complaint, but right now, THEY ARE COMMUNICATING AND ANSWERING THE ***** WHICH IS GOOD.

    I have learned my ******* and I will only go to a brick and ****** company or a company with a Better Business Certification if I would ever do this again, but I doubt that I will.
