    Needed irrigation repair. Called multiple companies based on **** **** recommendations. All had long wait times. Remembered and called B&E. Came out next day, excellent repair at a reasonable price. Initially installed my 12 zone system 12 years ago. Only a few repairs over that time.

    Horrible service and skill set. I had someone come out to activate my system and he had no idea how to activate the outside water valve. He replaced a head and left it leaking so much the zone doesn’t work, left a shovel in the middle of the road , And promptly sent an email that the work order is complete !

    This business is the poster child for how not to run a business. I called on Friday, May 5th to reconfirm arrival of technician on Monday 8th. Bottom Line -- NO SHOW NO CALL - for the full week following attempts were made to contact B & E -- your only chance of communication is push buttons. Every phone box voicemail was full -- from the owner's voicemail, service dept and service manager. I went to website and used the on line email form for making contact with someone. There are to date no replies to any calls or email communications. I did get through to the mailbox voicemail of one of the owners on Wednesday and left a message to please have someone call me. No reply to date. I wasted 2+ days waiting at my house on this company to respond without success. I just returned from a trip to their business (drove there) and finally spoke with someone who would not give me their name. The place looks abandoned with broken down trucks and equipment scattered about the property. Office was abandoned -- I departed this "business" just wondering if it really did exist. Bottom-line: they do not do what they say they will do and do not answer routine calls - a perfect example for the worst of business practices. One of the automated instructions referred me to a website address to secure service; well that did not go well. I would be remiss if I did not share my experience with B & E if it only serves to help the next person looking for irrigation services. An impress website; but that is as far as it goes.
