We always aim to deliver the best experience possible to all of our customers and are saddened to hear that you felt this way after our interaction. Unfortunately, as was explained during your visit, we are unable to purchase any Rolex without box & papers being provided, as per our company policy. The Rolex you were looking to sell was a very nice piece, and one we could be interested in purchasing should you locate the box & papers for it! We hope you can accept our apology for the misunderstanding and please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

      I visited the Genesis Diamonds location in Memphis on December 22, 2023. I have made several purchases from them since opening, therefore I felt comfortable doing business with them. My primary salesperson Josh is very professional and has great character while communicating with customers. However, doing this purchase I was primarily interacting with Gal, the manager of the store. After speaking with him and agreeing to a price for 3 items, I told him that I was not prepared to make the purchase that day but will come back the next day to do so. He stated that I only could get it that day because the items were transferred to his store just for me and my husband. Against my better judgement, I applied for a credit account to make the purchase to save all of us time due to the store closing soon and I was going to surprise my husband for our upcoming 32nd Anniversary. After the credit account was approved, Gal blatantly changed the amount of the sale price of the items by $10,000!!!!! He deliberated misrepresented the sale price of the items BEFORE I applied for the credit account. After telling him that was not the amount he stated to me, Gal was not unapologetic toward me especially seeing how visibly upset I was about the additional amount stated to me, he just walked away. Josh, the original salesperson, was stating to me how sorry he was about the misunderstanding and Gal yelled at him--in front of me--saying " What are you sorry for?" I was floored!!!! How could you talk to your employee in that manner and ESPECIALLY in front of a customer. I could not imagine how Josh felt but I felt sooo bad for him. That was TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL!! So, if he does not respect his employee, then who am I??? I am extremely upset that not only did I have a hard pull on my credit, now I have a credit account that I will NEVER USE!!!! I am not going to pull the race card, but did he do this because I am a woman? I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!

      We recently had an unfortunate experience with Genesis Diamonds that has left us deeply disappointed. My wife and I decided to invest in a very expensive ring from Genesis Diamonds as a gift for her for our 10 year anniversary. We were excited about the purchase, but our joy was short-lived when she took the ring in for an inspection a few months after purchase and found the center stone unexpectedly cracked.
      Naturally, given the age of the ring and amount we spent, we thought Genesis Diamonds would willingly provide assistance and a quick resolution. To our shock, their response was far from what we expected. Instead of offering help or taking responsibility, they suggested that we should contact our insurance company and file a claim or spend additional money to purchase a new stone from them after having already spent thousands of dollars. This response was both dismissive and unhelpful.
      We had a certain level of expectation when investing in a product as significant as an engagement ring. I believed that the purchase would come with a reasonable level of quality and service, especially when an issue arises. However, the lack of support and their unwillingness to address the issue not only tarnished the reputation of Genesis Diamonds but also eroded any trust we had in the brand.
      My wife and I had hoped for a more favorable resolution, but we were met with a disappointing experience that does not match the caliber of Genesis Diamonds' products. I hope that this review will prompt the company to reconsider their approach to such situations and provide better support for customers facing similar issues in the future.
      In summary, the subpar response to our situation has left us deeply dissatisfied with Genesis Diamonds. We had initially placed our faith in the brand, but this experience has made us question our decision. We hope that the company will take steps to rectify this situation and provide the level of service that matches the quality of their products.

      I would like to thank your ***** salesperson for calling twice and texting regarding appointment. She ruined a surprise anniversary gift. I remember when jewelers had discretion.
      Now I have to devise new plan.
