    Recieved kit. No prepaid envelope or container to return sample. Called all numbers associated with company - no longer in service.

    I am in the same boat as others here. I ordered (2) PSA tests on December 8, 2023. I have not received them. I have emailed their "orders" and have not received an answer. I have called and Noone picks up nor does the answer machine even say its biolabs. This must be a scam and I am out $180.

    In the past, I had the greatest respect for this company, but since my last interaction, I feel they have fallen from grace completely. I used to be able to call them and get some response, now, I have emailed them 4 times and called them multiple time (always going to voicemail) with nobody every responding. This is with regard to a PSA test I purchased, where, upon receiving it, I immediately returned it back to them (with my precious blood). It's been over 3 months and, still, no results, and no response for all my emails and phone calls. PB Labs! What happened to you? I would avoid doing business with this company. They are completely unresponsive! (I am writing off my $99 for their test - what a shame). Time to go to the doc and get the test.

    Ordered a FIT kit (colon cancer screening) from Pinnacle Biolabs on 6/15. I received an email with the order# and waited. Hadn't received it by 6/27, so I emailed them on 6/27. I haven't heard a peep from them, so I emailed them again today 7/3.
    I have not been impressed by my interaction with them the one time I called them about another kit I was thinking about buying. If I don't hear back from them by 7/10, I'm canceling my order. A company that is unresponsive makes me suspicious of everything else they do.

    I ordered the PSA Micro test twice. The first time, the test they sent me didn't include all necessary items and was packaged only in a mailing envelope (no product package/box). Since they were unable or unwilling to correct this order, they issued a refund and I tried again with a new order. After waiting a month for the new order to arrive, I have emailed Pinnacle BioLabs multiple times and called them 3 times for a refund, with no success. They haven't answered any of my emails. They answer the phone promptly but have yet to issue me a refund. I will never buy anything from Pinnacle again, and suggest others beware.
