      We have been a customer for them for over 20 years. Given them business on numerous occasions and have spend over $48,000. The reason for us giving them this one star is that for the past years they have performed some unnecessary repairs that were not needed or related to the existing problem.
      Just in May of this year, we took in our only truck for the diagnoses for the coolant problem. And we specified to them that if it's something serious please let us know asap, But they opened up the whole engine to get to the problem and charged us more than $3,000 just to find the fault. A reputed institution with the kind of technology them have in their hands could not find the fault easily but to open up the whole engine.
      I specified to the company that the trucking industry for the owner operator's have been going down and down and we cannot afford to spend too much money on that truck. We just wish they could have warned about that in advance.
      There have been so many occasions that we took the truck in their for the problem and when fixed, had to come back again for the same issues and paid again for the parts that are so expensive.
      Being a loyal customer to Caterpillar, the least they could have done was give us a break on this but they are threatening us with collections instead.
      We lost the truck. Sold it for $450.
      Never in our right minds, we are buying Cat motor again.
