      I have been attempting at resolving this issue via email with the company since our wedding on October 31, 2022. The communication with this company is horrible and needs a lot of room for improvement. If you're looking for a reputable transportation company for your wedding, LOOK ELSE WHERE. I regret spending thousands of dollars with them to be so let down. For a vendor, they clearly do not treat their customers with the respect they deserve. Several emails unanswered for weeks at a time before and after we paid our invoices. Several phone calls unanswered and never once returned. It took getting our wedding planner involved by sending her an email to get our contact at Sig to answer.
      We worked with an employee who is no longer at the company and what we asked for wasn't translated into the what vehicle we asked for the morning of the wedding. In addition (and it's literally in the manifest) that we asked for the shuttles to run continuously from the venue to the hotel starting at 9 pm. It was brought to my attn at 9 pm that the shuttle hadn't ran yet and so we alerted our contract at the venue about it and she called and they said "we have been down the driveway the whole time waiting for a call to come up and do a pick up". That isn't what we asked for and when I confronted them weeks after the wedding about it they said "The venue requests that the buses stay in the parking area until called up by the onsite planner. Many times, no guests want to go back early so they wait until they hear from the planner." If we would have been alerted that this was the policy when booking the buses, we wouldn't have put it on all of our itinerary docs to the guests. We would have said alert our venue contact if you want to go back to the hotel so they can call the driver. Absolutely ridiculous. Trying to throw their mistake on our venue was so crappy. They are now going on 1 1/2 months without answering our email. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

      I attempted to resolve this issue with the business for three months before posting this review. I used Signature Transportation for my wedding transportation. Communicating with this company was the most stressful thing I had to deal with in planning my wedding. Phone calls and emails went unanswered for weeks at a time, even after I paid for services. I scheduled and paid for several pick-up times for my guests on my wedding day. The chauffeur's disregarded the pickup times outlined in my contract because "even though we set an early return time, it is very common that no one wants to go back early so the chauffeurs must rely on the onsite contact to let them know if they are needed or not". I paid for pickup times this company had absolutely no intention to oblige unless they were "told". This resulted in guests that wished to leave my venue at the first pick-up time to pay for ****. This company left my emails unanswered so it is assumed they refuse to refund the money I paid for missed pick-up times or rectify this situation in any way. This company's quality of service and customer service is extremely poor.
