    *** or Ma'am:I am writing this both to notify Transcore of intent to take them to small claims court and to make them awar of teh behavior of their officers here in **. As the complaint stipulates, the same problem in ** was resolved easily. It has been 11-months and remains subject to little more tha gaslighting.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Copies of this were sent directly to ********* and their employee here in **, ***** ******, who is responsible for the billing errors, the privacy rules that dont exist, and multiple attempts to hide behind our Department of Transportation - of which Transcore is sub contractor providing the billing service as well as sending the bill, in violation of all kinds of policies, to collection and blocked our registration. 

    ***** ****** is YOUR employee. 

    Not being able to manage your employees or entrckt ethical standards does not void legal protections nor does mean ethical failures are acceptable. 

    This is a legal notification of intent to pursue small claims. I suggest you reach out to the employee who is creating this situation by her utter failure to use facts or deal with issues in good faith. 

    Again, if Transcore has no desire to resolve this, please waive the 30-day window, and I will file immediately.  You cannot send fake bills to customers and then blow up their registration to collect bills that are not valid.

    The ************************************* confirms that this individual's account is current. He cleared his past due balance in August 2024. There is nothing for TransCore to do (or could do) regarding this account.

    So they didnt read the complaint? 

    the bill they forced me to pay is big valid - it was paid because they illegally blocked my registration to force collection of a bill that is not valid. 

    I asked for a refund or an explanation of the bill and, as you can see, they ignored it. 

    hat they did is a criminal violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. 

    This is a continuation of the bad faith communication from this organization. 

    If they wish to remove the remainder of tye 30-day waiting period, please confirm. 

    These guys are not ethical. Please issue a strike, this isnt even in the ballpark of addressing the issue.

    The customer's balance owed was valid. He paid the debt in August. However, beginning in October 2024, the customer has harassed ********************** staff and the staff of various government agencies with dozens of emails and phone calls (as he alludes to in his "30 day warning letter") seeking payment of "refund and expenses" and threatening to take legal action under a law that does not appear to TransCore to even apply to his circumstance.

    No refund will be issued, and TransCore considers the matter closed.
