I received a package from ****** that I had not opened containing (2) items I needed to return. Amazon emailed me 2 different ** codes with instructions to bring the unopened package back to this UPS Store and to have them scan the ** codes and send the unneeded/unopened package back. The employee told me I could not send the (2) items back in one package and charged me $9.83 to scan the second ** code. I couldnt tell if he was going to put the item in a separate box or send it back in the same box. Either way, I've returned hundreds of items to amazon at *******/UPS stores and have never been charge like this. Even for multiple items.Either this employee is misinformed on the process, or ********** need to figure out their logistics, but I am not responsible for paying for return shipping as returns are free at ********** look at ****** reviews for this location shows that tons of people experience this same issue, and it feels like a money grab scam.
