      7/22/2022 I paid $200.00 to ***************************** PhyMed company ************************************************************************** The payment was made in error, the payment was to be sent to ******************************** I contacted Phymed and sent them a copy of the canceled check. I have been in contact with 2 ladies at this company for months and they continue to tell me a check has been mailed. I am in contact by email and they said checks were being mailed out as of march 7th 2023 and I still have not received anything. I emailed them once again and they said they are trying to find answers for me. Please help me get my refund

      My compliant is for *********************** LLC that is under this major company. I have received a bill for my Anesthesia from colonoscopy and endoscopy. Upon receiving my first bill a month ago I have been calling and leaving voicemails from the only number listed and have not been able to contact anyone to pay my balance. They also never return my voicemail. I called over 20 times in one day and not once has anyone answered the phones. I now have received a final notice of this bill and can not contact this company to pay them the amount I owe and it says next steps are to send me to collections. This is wrong and they should be at fault for never answering phones or returning calls so patients can pay their bill. If I get sent to collections I'm not even sure who to contact since I've never been able to speak to this company. Wrongful to expect payments that you do not allow patients to even pay.

      This message is response to BBB Case ******** regarding a billing complaint filed by the Consumer with notice to PhyMed Management, LLC (PhyMed) on December 8, 2022.
      The Consumer recently received anesthesia services under the care of a *********************** Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
      *********************** (GCA) is owned and managed by **************. Its billing services are provided by *************. GCAs Vice President of Operations was contacted and provided the Consumers name and phone number. A three-party call will be coordinated with *************.
      Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding this Consumers complaint. We hope the concerns raised in the complaint have been satisfactorily addressed.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I also received a direct billers phone number from where I got my colonoscopy done for GCA. ****** was the only person to respond to my phone call attempts to pay my bill. I still would like a follow up to make sure this company will be addressing the issue of not answering or returning phone calls for patients trying to pay their bill in the future. It should not have to get to this point to pay a bill. Main Phone lines need to be addressed for GCA.
