      We had a very expensive home Decor item get stolen by this moving company. We know this to be true because we have video of the item in a specific location and then hours later it was gone. The only people in the house during this period other than immediate family was the moving company. When we addressed it with management the response was beet defensive. We even said we would be ok with a reasonable resolution. The reasons was well sue us very poor service, on top of that there was damage to our home from other moving items. Please do not use this company, or you could have items stolen too. Not to mention they didnt even offer an adjustment to the bill. They would rather a bad reputation which always volume. We have proof of the theft.

      Mr. ******** contacted our office about a missing throw blanket that was on a chair.  Master Movers had a team in the home to move a piano only. Customer sent me a video the following Monday Jan 27 our team was in the home on Jan 25.  We had four movers present.  I have received statements from our team that there were several people in the home other than our crew, and other than the people who live in the home.  Our movers also never entered the room shown in the video.  Our four movers rode together in the moving truck there and back.  Our moving crew would not steal a blanket and if a blanket was somehow in the cab of the truck with four men someone would see it.  Customer is stating that the blanket is worth $5000, my team has been in this customers ****** square foot home many times over the past two years moving items and complete households from one location to another.  No one on our team would even recognize that a couch blanket would hold that kind of value, our team was never in or doing work in the room the blanket was located.  Customer told our office they have no problem "throwing $******" at an attorney, this is when they received the response to sue us.  I firmly believe the blanket has been misplace and not taken by Master Movers or anyone else and will turn up.  Master Movers has had a very goodstanding relationship with this customer for almost three years and we made every effort to speak with our employees to see if they knew or saw anything, there were multiple adults and children in the home and sitting in the room where the blanket was located.

      I hired this company in November of 2022 and If I could turn back the hands of time, I would of just rented a Uhaul truck and drove my stuff to *****.Not only did they charge me 6k more than was initially quoted, they destroyed so many of our items that were packed by ** and by their movers. I reached out several times via phone and email and they have not responded, not even once. I filed a claim and provided pictures of the times. Actually I called and emailed the company the moment the truck arrived and they opened the tailgate, I can clearly ******* many boxes were wet and destroyed. I submitted the picture to them and they still do not respond. My next step is arbitration and if I have to, legal action.
