      I am writing to express my disappointment with the moving services provided. During the move, my area rug was left at my old apartment, and I was instructed to retrieve it. Furthermore, the movers neglected to reattach the mirror to my dresser and failed to reassemble the dresser in its original configuration. When I contacted the office to report these issues, the representative's response was unsatisfactory. She did not apologize for the inconvenience and instead implied that the area rug was forgotten due to its unrolled state. Additionally, she suggested that my decision to leave the movers unattended at my old apartment to collect the keys to my new residence contributed to the oversight. It is worth noting that the initial contract did not specify that I was required to remain with the movers at all times. The poor service was further exacerbated by the damage sustained by my walls during the move. In light of these events, I am extremely dissatisfied with the company's customer service.
