    PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had a 1 bedroom 696 sq ft apartment. It should have only taken 2 hours based on the quote. It took 5 hours and 38 minutes just to clear the apartment. They still had not unloaded at the storage. They sent 2 young's guys with no tools to disassemble my bed as they quoted me for. They broke my bed. Every staff member were unprofessional and liars. When I called to speak with owner they lied about who the owners were. They tried to charge me an additional $600.00 for the time because the guys were taking their time to load. I refuse to pay. The owner whoever he was said they were not going to unload my stuff until I pay. I know my rights and I knew they could not hold my furniture hostage because I was not going to pay a bogus charge. I called the police to meet me at the storage so they could unload my furniture. They are the biggest scammers. They do that crap with everyone and people pay those extra charges because they don't want them to keep their stuff. If you refuse to pay them then they would have to file a civil suit and not hold your belongings. I was so ****** that it could have ended much worse. Please again Do Not Use This Company. They are scammers
