Background: 4/25/25 purchased used 24 Honda CRV hybrid found on ****** app & Honda Certified website.
Negotiations: 3 separate purchase negotiation documents.
3rd document stated down payment and monthly payment that satisfied me, I circled in wet ink and signed the document. This is the only document I wet ink signed. sales price, tire/wheel warranty, total financed only numbers in far-right column.
LoJack: 4/30/25 received email and account registration app instructions.
Texted salesman as he didn’t mention them. Said already on vehicle
Downloaded app, setup acct, could not proceed - vehicle needs device installed.
Car tag: 6/4/2025, tag ready for pickup at dealership
tag and registration state Davidson County, Not my county.
      Approached female manager
      LoJack
      PermaPlate
      Tag/registration
When I stated LoJack was not mentioned in negotiations, she said it was and has paperwork with my signature to prove I was informed and agreed to. I asked for said document, and she printed a pdf that I had not seen before but had my signature. the #s in the far-right column were not on any of the negotiation forms, including wet ink signed. She argued that I was wrong and that she assures me the column and all amounts were listed as she pushed the document to finance department herself (though an older man was the one doing 4/25). I was adamant that this form had been revised in *****, post-signature. She agreed you could but they dont.
tag/registration wrong county, she said my responsibility to pay my county clerk now
      Requested PermaPlate instructions and details
~20 minutes, she returned from finance department with several signed documents. 3 documents I had not seen before. All 3 had my signature. I noticed the signatures were identical (cut/paste/resized) . 1 document was dated 4/28 on my signature line, which is 3 days later - I was NOT there. Therefore, they forged my signature on 3 documents
      Fraud is a federal offence!

Unfortunately I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Crest Honda, but I’ll NEVER be back! I’d stay far away from their dealerships! They aren’t trustworthy, backtrack what they say they’ll do and are horrible communicators. Just run the other way. Trust me

Normally I have good experiences but my last visit was very disappointing. Given a repair estimate of over $3000 when I have my vehicle serviced on a regular basis, always get recommended services done, and have never let anyone other than Honda service my vehicle. The service department managers were both non personable and dismissive. The only person who showed compassion was the service advisor Kevin O****. Even Honda corporate was not helpful to my situation and when I asked how could such a major thing like axle repair go unnoticed when they claim to do a complete vehicle inspection every time I go in, the service manager advised me “ it’s just one of those things that happens, it ain’t like something leaking and we could tell you. And as far as Honda corporate, they said they’re not doing anything to help.” I still had my car repaired but definitely learned a lesson in who values my business. Very disappointing experience and I’ll look elsewhere for service going forward. If I’ve been told inspections are done and major things go unnoticed, how do I know what I paid for is being done correctly?

We purchased a used 2019 ***** Grand Caravan June 21. The van is in good condition, runs well, and the price had been reduced which were all positive factors for us. However, when we went to purchase, Leo presented us with the bill. It included two coverages which were supposedly mandatory: PermaPlate $649 and Tire & Wheel $1295. L said these coverages were "mandatory" and included in the total because "that's just the way we sell cars." This significantly added to the price of the vehicle. We protested and he eventually removed the Tire & Wheel. We believe L deliberately lied to us (or was instructed to lie) in order to recoup the cost of the discounted price and then some. We had been willing to purchase the van at the originally stated price when we first viewed it. We didn't have these "mandatory options" when we purchased our son's vehicle. In addition, the Finance Manger only presented us with a list of optional coverages. Nothing was mandated. He simply stated that he was required to present these options to us, but we were not required to purchase them. (The Finance Manager was very polite and efficient.)
The vehicle was also sold to us without a spare tire, winch, jack, or even Fix-a-Flat. Initially, L told us that 2019 ***** Caravans did not come with spares at all. When I inquired further, he said the previous owner kept the spare and the jack. A local ***** service center quoted us $304.29 for a winch and $446.50 for a wheel minus the tire.
We came to the dealership at 1 pm and test drove the van for approximately 20 minutes. It took Leo a very long time to process the paperwork and even longer to have the van detailed. He said it would be ready five minutes after we signed the paperwork with the Finance Manager. We still had to wait another 30 L sent us off with a nearly empty tank. I just managed to make it to the next exit in rush hour traffic and rain to purchase gasoline and did not get home until 7pm.

95% of the service this vehicle has had has been performed on the service team at Honda crest.
The last year and string of suggested and/or required maintenance has really been an issue
On September 6 I was advised that the ticking noise coming from my engine was due to it needing a full engine replacement or at the very least the CAM need to be replaced
service records for the last year since having the timing belt replaced show diagnosis of this was happening all along it’s still other repairs were issued suggested and paid for the amount of hours almost $2000
If you pay close attention to the comments for me to the service advisor Chad you will see comments such as ticking noise clanging noise engine appears to be honest last breath, car appears to be taking its last breath something is wrong with the engine it’s still other repairs were made to me they were not necessary
To make matters worse I insist on talking to a general manager on September 7 I was told this person did not exist and they did not have any information for such a person
Best team in chains by the young lady after she learned that I was actually recording our conversation in my request to see or at the general manager information once you learn the Honda customer service was actually on the phone listening to her
Miraculously the general manager’s information and his personal card was given to me.
NO contact by dealership – Honda USA complaint closed and advised a dealership issue.

Would leave negative stars if possible. Left my 1991 Honda Accord because the seatbelt was no longer working on the passenger side and supposedly seat belts are lifetime warranty. It is in my owners manual and on their website. The seat belt control unit was bad and the passenger seat belt is stuck closed and will no longer retract open. I went to get the car paid the diagnostic fee because I was not paying 921.65 for them to fix it. Got home and my son was looking at dash cam video and they were quite abusive to the car and thought it was funny. They revved the engine cold, grinders gears, used the emergency brake to stop the car instead of the brakes. Talked to a lawyer and he said yes it is a covered part because the seat belt is not working like it was designed. I told him this dealership will never touch anything I own again. I tried to call the service manager the phone rang for 5 minutes and no one answered. No voice mail no anything. I can find no email addresses to send an email. I would not take anything to this service department.

We have spoke with the owner of the car. And have expressed our gratitude and the actions have been taken towards the parties involved. We have also notified the customer that the part isnt covered under warranty. At this moment the issue has been resolved unless customer want to pay for the part so we can fix the vehicle.
