      I installed a MyOfficeInnovations/******** ***. toner last month and after just 30 pages, I am unable to print due the ink going out. My last toner from a different seller lasted over a year. Because I was past the return window the seller refused to make it right by replacing or refunding the purchase. I would steer clear of MyOfficeInnovations/******** **** and purchase directly from ***** or a reputable dealer.

      MyOfficeInnovations/******* offers a 30 day return period in accordance with all marketplace standards. After 30 days the manufacturer's warranty then takes place. It is important to reach out to the manufacturer so they can support the process. It could be varying factors that change the page yield of a toner. This could be character limits, images, print head on machine, etc... The manufacturer will troubleshoot the issue and send a replacement if the cartridge is faulty.
