    On August 16, 2024, I received a parking violation notice claiming my vehicles tag registration had expired when in fact it has not, and has been paid in full on time consistently. Additionally, the address on the parking violation is not the address where my vehicle was parked, where I live. Predictably when I disputed this claim, I received a denial notice with no explanation. After looking further into this company, Ive determine its an internet company with a smoking gun address with no employees in house, and no real means of contacting a real person, which is convenient for the company to continue their predatory practices with no recourse they threaten to send uncollected violations to collections, in an effort to scaring their victims into paying fraudulent violations. After reading their answers to the BBB complaints, its obvious theyre just waiting people out until they pay, not offering actual explanations or real resolutions. Ive provided the Violation ID number so they cant act like they dont have it, and can also refer to my valid two point dispute that they just denied without any explanation or additional information to continue the dispute. This violation is fraudulent and needs to be cleared/absolved.

Additionally photo evidence of the license plate of this vehicle clearly displays an expired license plate registration sticker which is a direct violation of the residential community on this private property.

    Photo of complainants license plate taken at time violation was issued (8/16/24) showing it is clearly displaying an expired registration sticker.  It is the reponsibility of the owner/operator of the vehicle to place up to date registration stickers on the license plates to remain compliant of the communtiy policies.

    On the evening of Saturday, 9/23/2023, we a parked in the parking lot between ********************* at 8th Ave N in *********, **. We paid for parking at the obvious location and went about our evening. When we returned, we found a boot on our car and were told that the lot was owned by 2 different companies and that we had paid the wrong company. We were forced to pay an additional $130.00 to have the boot removed. Multiple cars on that end of the lot were booted so we were not the only ones not to understand the set up. There are no obvious markers and the attendant that removed the boot pointed out an obscure sign saying we should have known.

    I parked in their retail lot in the basement at the Assembly Food Hall and grabbing a parking stub as going in. parked my motorcycle and a couple hours later I returned to have 2- Boots on my motorcycle and a fine for $125 for no motorcycles allowed. I called the number to have the boots removed the guy came to remove them and I explained I didn't see the sign and could he show it to me. He indicated it was at the entrance out at the street level. I proceeded to check the entrance where we came in and there was an employee in a golf cart. I asked if he could please show me the sign he indicated there is no sign at street level and said only down the ramp he pointed it out after some time it was on the right in a dark side of a concrete pole. The ticket machine is on the left. I had two vehicles behind me blinding me from behind. The employee even stated that the sign is really hard to see to the location and no light. I explained I felt it was unfair due to the situation they had no comment and shrugged their shoulders. I thought I was dealing with a city employee and was never corrected until I left and read the receipt. After leaving I found a handprint on my front wheel fender and the fender bent to the side and a chip on the fender due to the clamp that was yellow and found my air stem on my rear wheel bent. I had to add air at a gas station to the tire it was low 17 psi and I now need to have the stem replaced. I expect them to reimburse the $125 for the damaging boot fee the $40 for parking and for the damage to my bike immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once you touch someone's personal property you are legally responsible for any damage occurred. In the future I recommend not booting vehicles.Custom color paint for front fender ****** Adjusting front fender ****** Rear tire tube replacement ****** They owe me $950 and an apology!

    This company is taking advantage of people on vacation by booting cars. I had paid an AirBnb for $40 for one night of parking. I displayed the parking pass and parked in the appropriate spot and this company still booted me and wouldnt removed it unless I paid $100
