      Bought a fragrance there called tequila gold it smelled great when the employee gave me a sample. however when I got home and smelled it, it was nothing like the one I tested. They sold me a knockoff and apparently they are known to do that if you check the reviews about this business. This transaction was on 01/01/2024

      We do not sell knockoffs.  The customer should have gone back to the store and saw the manager to let him/her know.  Our perfumes are original and there is no knockoff.  Our policy is exchange only and it is posted everywhere and on the receipt.  The customer can go back to the store with their complaint.

      I bought a cologne at the store on 01/16/2023 and i got home to open and try it but the bottle is leaking and the sprayer is broken so i tried to call them the next day and it took around 5 calls for someone to even answer the phone but when someone did answer the phone i explained the problem to them they told me it was my fault that the bottle was leaking and i probably left it upside down but that is not the case anyway they offered an exchange but the problem is i dont live in the same state and they dont do shipping so i also told them that the same cologne is 37 dollars online (i paid *****) and she was telling me how it was probably a fake website and she sarcastically said you can also find a rolex on line for 150 and it wont ship i was tired of arguing and talking to someone that rude so i ended the call.
