5 starsVery Special and Wonderful Service
Our boy Elvis, who was our cockatiel parrot died last week and my wife ******* was with him when he took his last breath. We thought long and hard on what we were going to do and decided to have him cremated. Our Vet wasn't able to help finding a company that I could be there to make sure that we got our babies ashes, so I came upon this wonderful company that is only a mile from our home. I arrived and Leia and her husband were great people and helped me through the process. First thing that they did for us was making a clay set of his feet. Then I was allowed to witness him being placed into the crematorium and in 30 minutes I was done and able to take Elvis' ashes home. This service is available for anyone who needs this done and able to help you grieve.

5 starsI rarely leave reviews for anything, but I am compelled to share with everyone how wonderful Leia and Nashville Pet Crematory is and how truly special they are to me. When my special little dog, Spanky passed away earlier this year, I was new to Nashville & found them on the web. I called and- in a time when I was inconsolable and full of grief-Leia's kindness was genuine and I could tell she really cares about people and animals. She went out of her way to help me get my sweet little boy quickly transported to her crematory. During the coming months, when I was having medical issues, she kept my dog's ashes safe until I could find a way to get him. Since I couldn't drive at the time, she arranged to bring him back to me at my house. Very recently, I lost my other older dog, Groot, due to Cushing's disease and I had not been coping well- she just happened to text me -and when I told her what happened she immediately offered to help without hesitation and without me asking. My grief and loneliness was so deep that without her I don't know what I would have done or who I could've counted on. I now consider her a lifelong friend. There are times in our lives when tragedy strikes and the pain is so great that we are paralyzed to help ourselves or deal with the burial or afterlife of our loved ones- that is the time when you need to have a kind person like Leia and her business, to take care of you and take the burden off. As a rescuer of the senior or special needs dogs, I have encountered all sorts of pet service companies, not all were in it for the pets or the people, but I strongly recommend Nashville Pet Crematory because of their compassion for both the humans and the pets. 5 starsTwo of our families beloved cats passed away, Roogie and Robbie.
We were not quite sure what we were going to do until we were lead to Leia at Nashville Pet Crematory. Leia talked to us and expressed her sincerest condolences, she made the process of saying goodbye to Roogie and Robbie less painless and such more of a pleasant celebration in remembrance and took great care of our friends we highly recommend Nashville Pet Crematory for someone who has lost a beloved family pet. Mitchell was really nice and caring for our pets and our family.
