    They made me pay in advance and then never showed up for the shoot, said they would give a refund but have been ignoring me for months. We had great communication ahead of time, I shared a shot list, we spoke on the phone. The day of the shoot their photographer kept lying about where he was (traffic, then a bad tire, then who knows what...) and it was obvious he had overslept or forgotten about us. He never showed. They offered a refund and reshoot, but it's been months, and they have not given the refund and have been ignoring me. SO unprofessional.

    The experience of working with Lady Jay Creations and Team was phenomenal! They were professional, clear with communication and flexible. By far the best experience for our first time contracting for photo/video services! They set the bar high and we're thankful!

    SERVICE WAS REMARKABLE, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION ABOUT EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR WAS JUST GREAT. THEY REALLY WENT BEYOND TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY AND THEY ARE REALLY GREAT WITH CHILDREN.
