      After having several good experiences, I can no longer recommend Morton Plumbing. They have done HVAC, rough-in plumbing, and natural gas connections for me in the past. My most recent project for them was to resolve a water leak on a free-standing bathtub. Their plumber discovered that the original water supply connections were leaking. He replaced those, but did not like the way the original drain connection was made. I agreed to let him remake the drain connections. The supply connections were corrected, but several weeks after the repairs were made the tub would leak every time after being used. His crew came out to fix the problem, determined that the drain was leaking, but the leaks were never resolved. All of this work was paid for. I ultimately decided to replace the tub and faucet. Morton Plumbing did the work satisfactorily, but when I ask for a discount on the installation of the new tub, Jimmy M*****, the owner refused, acted as if I was trying to pull something on him and refused to even admit that there was any problem with the original repair.

      I called to get an estimate for some work on rental property in June. We live out of town and explained that to the owner. Additionally, they were given our phone numbers and home address. The work started around June 20th. We were told the work would take 2 days at the most. Around June 24th we were told the work would be done by June 28th. We went on vacation and returned on June 28th to discover very little had been done. In July we called several times and we were told the secretary was out sick and no one could give us information on the property. Finally, we called in October and we were told the work was completed in July. The secretary became very nasty and said if we didn't pay immediately they would place a lean on our property. We tried to explain that no one called or sent any information to us. Once we discovered the work was completed we made arrangements to go to Nashville to see if the work was finished. When we arrived at the house we discovered the water would not come on. We finally reached Morton's plumbing and they came out and showed us where they had installed a water cutoff value. Morton's plumbing sent us a email on 23 September saying the work was completed. However, they dated the e-mail 23 September 2022. Morton's Plumbing billing system is awful. Additionally, they said they sent a bill to the rental property, however we never received a bill before 23 September and they had our address. I know this because they included it in the email they sent in September. We paid Morton plumbing in full. However, they have not cashed the check.

      We did pull off for a couple day, I called and ask you if it would be alright. We work very hard to be a professional business that is a pleasure to work with. I'm sorry you did no feel like we did for you. We did not know you lived out of town. We sent the invoice to the only address we had. It took us three months to get a response back from you. Thank you for trading with us.
