      Called this company to only fix urgent issue with both bathtubs backing up from my septic and pipes. Technician looked under house for 10 minutes, came back, wrote up job of 17,000$ stating all pipes under house need replacing. No other possible causes noted. We were tricked in fraudulent fashion and the diagnosis was incorrect. We were coerced in extorted to sign the 17,000$ financing paper as I was leaving country for 2 weeks and my wife and daughter needed water. They ran the pcv pipe all the way past the tank which we were told were a plumbing industry no-no. The job was not finished as they said the was still going to back up. Another septic company had to complete the job and resolve the issue properly as the problem was not all the pipes but the bad and saturated field line which was causing the backup and septic overfill. The other competent company had to re-do their work and install a proper baffle to the tank. Pioneer should have known this during the work, stopped immediately and informed us of the real issue. How can they misdiagnose the problem and still charge us 17,000$. They were immediately intent on getting the most expensive work authorized at the most expensive price at the homeowner's demise and expense and deliberately bypassed looking at the problem any further. This is clearly dishonest and fraudulent. *****

      We cannot begin to apologize enough for the experience you have had with our company, and our technician! Pioneer strives every day and Prides ourselves on our customer service and providing best courses of action to relieve any home comfort issues in your home. Our technician had diagnosed issues with the drain lines under your home, and gave proper solutions to relieve that issue, as well as the service line from the home to your septic tank. We as a company DO agree with you whole heartedly we failed to produce our standards and provide you and your family the proper work and diagnosis for your tank. I do very much apologize for this failure and will take all necessary steps and retraining needed to ensure this never happens to anyone in the future! We as a company are here for our clients, who we feel are like family and we stand by them no matter what! We as a company would love to discuss with you solutions to help rectify your experience and hopefully prove to you and your family we have your back .

      My first complaint begins in December of 2023. We had ductwork installed by ******* Plumbers a few years before, who were eventually bought out by Pioneer. We had the monthly service plan with them, so seeing as Pioneer took over they came out for a routine tune-up. Curtis was the technician on this particular call, and everything was ok, but it was an older unit and slightly undersized. Long story short, we were talked in to getting a new unit on the guarantee that our bill would be up to 30% lower, and this would help offset the amount of the payment for the loan. So fast forward to about June of this year, and we start having problems out of the unit. It would randomly stop running the fan, but keep the compressor on. And up to this point our bill had actually been higher as well, but I wanted to give it time to reflect just to be sure. We had numerous technicians come out and say that there were no problems. They did end up fixing some ductwork problems, but not without issues. One of the times they were under the house, our dehumidifier somehow got unplugged and leaked water under the house. I cleaned it up and didn't mention it as it was a mistake. Another time the technician cut our encapsulation material, folded it back and left it. They did come back out and fix that, but not perfectly. Finally, it took me taking a video of the trouble code on the unit to have them take some initiative. They tried a couple "bandaid" fixes that didn't solve the problem. After a month of this intermittent issue, we got a new unit. The unit is doing better than the old one, but we still have an issue with one room being hotter, which we discussed maybe getting another vent in that room. So I had them come back out, and they quoted $1300 for one line. At this point I just want to let others know they should steer clear, and I will not be doing business with this company once all my warranties expire. To be clear though, Curtis and Will were great, but management not so much.

      This business is now Pioneer and they are a shiftless bunch, from top to bottom! I hired the electrical division to replace my garage breaker panel due to no more room for breakers. The guy who came out to sell the job also was the installer. He switched manufacturers for the breaker panel from ****** * to ******* and I specifically ask him will the box fit his reply “it will fit”. Few days later he comes in and takes my existing box out and then and only them does he bring the ******* box in and I immediately told him it was to short, his reply was SNARKY, “it’ll work”. Then he proceeded to yank, pull, and hang from my A/C power cables and all other cables coming in from the top to try and pull any and all slack from inside the wall which he can’t see he is just tear at them like an animal until all the insulation is torn off the cables. It was astounding how much disrespect this guy had for my home. My pics will show what he left for the inspection which he scabbed scrap covering on to fool the inspector and he did fool him but not me. I was livid about what his inept incompetent actions did. I told the office manager it had to be taken out it was 3.5” short at the top and that is why the TARZAN act on my cables. Enter office manager who is as deceitful a human as you will ever meet. After arguing with him for the better part of an hour he finally agreed to take out the garbage and replace it with SquareD which should have been done to begin with if you cared one bit about the customers home which these guys don’t! So the manager believes it was all over sheetrock which when you see the pics you can decide. The big scam the manager tried to pull since they went with ****** * they took my old 11 yr old breakers and put them in my new panel. These guys were determined to rip me off one way or another. The pic on the breakers will be included and you tell me if these are brand new as I was charged.
      Then there is the home surge protector which I ran out of room
