    This company's autopay system withdrew over $8,000 from our company's account and refuses to refund it because another account is a few days past due. The funds were taken out last month when none of the accounts were past due and should have been refunded immediately, but they keep dragging their feet.

    Given I got an email telling me what my bill looks like and I never contracted for their service, I don't think much of them.
