    In September 2024, I signed up for a future event to be held on April 5, 2025, the Nashville Picklefest. This was an event to be hosted by United Festival Productions and ****** Management. I paid $187.50 to secure a vendor booth for the PickleFest event. The business committed to hosting this event at the *********************** in ********* on April 5th and providing vendor spaces. The event never took place. I reached out to United Festival Productions and ****** Management and requested a refund for an event that never took place. I did not receive any response to my emails requesting a refund for the $187.50 I had paid. I paid for a service and was victim to their scam. The event was advertised only on a ******** event and after some time, it was apparent that I was not the only vendor / attendee affected by their scam. The company did not submit any responses to the questions other interested parties posted on the event page. The location on the event page was changed from the *********************** to just the generic location of "*********, **". There was no communication from the ****** Management or United Festival Productions about the event details. The company never communicated anything to resolve this issue once I reached out directly to them to request a refund of my vendor fee. I just want a refund of the money I spent for something I never received.

     I signed up, paid for and was accepted as a vendor to the September 28, 2024 Taco and ********* Fest in *********, ** at the First Horizon ************************* hosted by ****** Management / United Festival Productions. I attended the event on 9/28 and it was a success. 

    Prior to the Taco and ********* fest and on the day of the event, their next scheduled event was advertised by ****** Management / United Festival Productions, PickleFest on April 5, 2025 at the First Horizon Nashville Sounds Ballpark.
    I signed up and paid for the PickleFest event the day after on September 29th. Since I was a returning vendor after participating at Taco and ********* Fest, a 25% vendor discount was offered making the $250 only $187.50 for a 10x10 foot vendor space. 
    A ******** event page was created where the event was advertised and promoted and tickets were linked for purchase for attendees. 

    In November 2024, the event location was changed on the ******** event page from the First Horizon ************************* to "*********, **". The description was also changed to just state "more details coming soon!".

    There was no communication from ****** Management / United Festival Productions as the weeks and months went by and event date approached. People who had marked the ******** event as an event they were interested in attending posted comments asking for event details. ****** Management / United Festival Productions never responded to any comments to offer answers to any questions. 

    On February 17, 2025, I emailed *** ******, ***** *******, and **** ****** - all employees of ****** Management / United Festival Productions- to ask for more details as we were soon approaching the scheduled event date of April 5th.

    On February 19, 2025, I reached out to the First Horizon Sounds Ballpark to ask if they have an event scheduled with ****** Management / United Festival Productions.

    I received a response from *** ******* on February 19th only to state he does not handle financial transactions, he only coordinates the event on the day-of. He suggested I return to the website where I purchase the vendor booth and email the email address listed for further assistance.

    On February 20, I received a response from the First Horizon Nashville Sounds Ballpark indicating they no longer are working with or have an event scheduled with ****** Management.
    On March 1, ************************************************************************************************************************* the amount of $187.50. 

    On April 11, 2025, I initiated a complaint with BBB against United Festival Productions (****** Management did not appear as a business on the BBB website business search). On April 14th, I received an email from Better Business Bureau indicating my complaint case had been initiated (case #********) and the complaint had been shared with the business for their response.

    On April 12th, I again responded to the email group including Rik, ****** and **** requesting a refund of $187.50 for the fraudulent event hosting of the April 2025 PickleFest. I have yet to receive any response. 

    I am requesting this information and documentation be included in the BBB complaint.

    I purchased tickets for a mimosa bar crawl on 3/23. The event was scheduled for 4/13. Without any notification, the event was rescheduled to September. The original event listing no longer exists and I cannot find any information on this event. I have emailed customer support and received no response. Several other complaints mention this same event in different cities, leading me to believe this was a scam.

    On February 20, 2024, I purchased 5 tix to the Hartford Mimosa Bar Crawl for myself and 4 friends as advertised on ******** and by United Festival Productions. We have not been able to communicate with the production company, emails have gone unanswered and their website is not accessible. This event appears to not exist when we attempt to look for more details. It is supposed to happen Sunday, June 23rd but no exact location has been provided just a vague location for examplethe event is supposed to happen in *****************, ** but not at a particular establishment. Advertisement has seized and the ******** page also no longer exists.

    On 2/21/24 I ordered a ticket from this organization for a Mimosa Crawl which was scheduled for June 15, 2024, in **********, **. I paid $19.22 via my Mastercard credit card and received a confirmation of payment. I heard nothing from this organization from February to June. I attempted to view information about the Crawl earlier this week and discovered the website was inactive. When I researched further, I discovered other complaints on your website for UTIX MGR. I am seeking a refund of $19.22 for the ticket I purchased and I want to add my experience to your investigation of potential fraud.

    On September 26, 2022, I had purchased tickets to a Mimosa Bar Crawl in *****. The event was canceled. Information was given on social media about how to request a refund. I emailed the company with my order ID on October 2, 2022. They responded back and said they had forwarded it to management. On December 4, 2022, I followed up on my refund with another email. They responded and apologized for the delay and replied that they would forward it on to management. As of July 14, 2023, I have still not received the refund.
