5 starsI could have spent 10 times as much money & not have gotten a better learning product. These books are well worth the money spent, & they help foreign students pay for their higher education as well. I enjoyed learning about their country & customs. Thank you for the 150 years of educational products.

1 starHORRBILE company to work with and such a scam.
Document EVERYTHING when it comes to this company. I purchased the books 6/21/2025 and immediately requested a cancellation on 6/21/2025 (you have 3 days to do this). They were prompt in approving my request and had *** send me two labels to return the books. I mailed two packages because the labels provided did not have the correct weight for the 4 books to be in one box. I put two books in each box in order to meet the weight requirement for the shipping. I kept my Drop-Off package receipt from *** and confirmed both my packages were delivered 6/30/2025 and I still don't have my refund 3 weeks later.
Per the email I received 6/21/2025 from them it said "Once we receive confirmation that the products were returned, we will issue a refund due" it did not say anything about a quality check.
I emailed them a week after 6/30/25 stating the books were delivered and requesting my refund but they said they needed a quality check.
I followed back up today 7/21/2025 and they are claiming that I'm missing one of the books however, the weight on the *** label (they weighted each box at their office) confirmed each box was 24.35 pounds which means there were two boxes in each box. I put Math 1 with Science and Math 2 with Social Studies. I know for a fact that if they got the Math 1 book which means they received the Science book that they are claiming they don't have. I boxed the books the way I did on purpose for this exact reason so that they couldn't say a book was missing.
I have asked for my refund multiple times and provided all these details and they still claim a book is missing which is incorrect and I have the proof. Horrible company DO NOT BUY from them!Southwestern Advantage

**** – we are glad you chose the BBB to submit a review and provide info. In reviewing your issue regarding the refund, our records indicate the email with a prepaid label was issued 6/23/25. Because the order was in two separate boxes, they may not have been together with any other returned merchandise. A note from the warehouse in our system says they located all books and a refund was issued 7/21/25. You should likely see it on your statement by now. 5 starsThe representative **** that visited was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very kind to my daughter and I. He was very respectful of my home and even took of his shoes at the door without having to be asked. The learning system is a great tool to have. Not only to help the children but to help us parents also that have been out of school for a while that way we can help them.Southwestern Advantage
