      I have an HSA and it only allows thru the end of March to post prior year expenses. On 11/05/2024 my wife and I had x rays and an ultrasound. Premier did not submit either invoice to my insurer until over 6 months later on 5/11/2024, which is past the deadline for me to be reimbursed. What the **** is going on in their billing dept.? Now i have no choice but to pay the deductable out of pocket! Incompedence is one of the things that i despise! Will not use them again..I feel cheated...

      Hello,
      I am trying, unsuccessfully to start a complaint against:
      Premier Radiology
      110 St. Blaise Road, Suite 102
      Gallatin, TN 37066
      I had the service done at this location, but my issue is with their centralized billing. I self paid for a heart scan, $79.00. I have the receipt for my $79.00 payment. (I spoke with a Premier representative today and the full charge for this procedure is still $79.00.) Premier then ran the billing through Medicare for $389.21, something they should not have done. Medicare correctly denied the charge. Premier has been sending my bills for the difference between the two amounts, $310.21. I have made several calls to the outsourced billing department of Premier, only getting a complete runaround and no results. I even went back to the Gallatin office and requested an escalation of the bill review. Now I am getting a notice from a collection agency for the $310.21. I spoke with the agency today and explained the issue and started a dispute.

      Double charged me. Statement showed payment of the first charge, then below it, they added the charge back on.
      I had called and tried to communicate with a person whose first language wasn't English and got nowhere with them asking for a supervisor to explain the situation. I figured they'd correct the error eventually. Nope. Didn't double check before sending it to collections and now being hounded to pay $1600+ for a bill that between me and my insurance company was already paid once. Decided to see if anyone else had a problem with their billing, and what do you know? The answer is right here. The billing people don't know what they're doing. Obviously no oversight, and probably very low wages for anyone to truly care. I've personally worked jobs myself where people get mad if you ask questions so who knows what the problem is. I'm hoping it's honest mistakes. Looks like they need to get another billing provider if they're trying to manage this in house. It's terrible. I have no idea how to get my message heard by the people that can look into this to prove I was double charged. Totally ridiculous.

      Terrible !!! Billing nightmare !!! Took constant persistence and advocacy to obtain refund for over charges and over billing . Took 8 months . This should be illegal , and company should be investigated .

      Upon arrival to Premier 8/23/23, I was given a figure to pay. I questioned the amount but was told that was what the records showed. I paid the amount expecting that a reputable business would sort out the details in a timely, and professional manner. This was my second mistake! I confirmed on my EOB that I was in fact correct and their figure over charged me. Finally 10/4/23, I called and was told to give them 30-45 days to research. 12/27/23 after no response, I called and was told they do have a balance on my account that I had over paid. I was told that I was to allow them 30-45 days for the office staff to process my refund. This firm has total lack of regard for patients. If I did not follow up, I would not have heard a word about a refund. In looking at other reviews, there is a definite pattern of disregard. I wonder how many ill patients can not follow up and are struggling to make ends meet?

      The only reason there is one star is because it is impossible to give them NO stars! I went in for a CAT Scan in July and paid my share at the front desk with my **** card. A month later I was billed for the same amount. I tried twice talking to billing office personnel, who told me that they had no information on my account. I also sent in my **** transaction information as proof of payment and heard nothing back. In November I was contacted by a collection agency for non-payment as "Not So Premier Radiology" had sent me to collections. I provided my proof of payment to the collection agency, who confirmed that it did appear to them that I had paid for my service. In the first week of December, Premier Radiology, without any explanation, issued a refund to my **** account. I am still in talks with the collection agency who is just as confused as I am at this point. The incompetency and lack of customer service from Premier Radiology has been absolutely stunning! They have caused me to spend an immense amount of time and effort to resolve this on my own, taking away from time that I am supposed to be working. I do not trust, would never recommend, and will never use Premier Radiology again. I suggest that if you are reading this review to find another radiology provider.

      You cannot obtain a breast ultrasound alone. You are now FORCED to have a mammogram first.

      On 9/19, my wife had an imaging exam. At the time of service we paid $402 to the provider since they said that based on insurance coverage, this is what we would owe. We paid this at the time of service. Once we received the explanation of benefits from our insurance company, it said that we actually owed $40.84 for this service. I contacted the billing representative regarding this overpayment and sent them a detailed email on 1/12/2023 with receipts and our insurance carriers explanation of benefits. I have contacted them numerous times since then and each time was assured that reimbursement was going to be processed. It is now June of 2023 and we have still not been reimbursed for overpayment. I would recommend a person seek imaging services from another provider.
