      Rebuilt is dishonest and unethical. Aside from their unprofessional business practices of misleading information, genuine customer service, malpractice of competency, they will not honor our request to be removed from their scam mailing campaign.

      If it’s possible to give a negative star, I would. As most of the other persons have posted, I have been harassed with calls and mail from this company despite my requests to be taken off their contact sheets. They are leeches and scammers. This “business” (racket) needs to be closed and investigated.

      they don't deserve any stars at all. I have continually received post cards and pretend checks from them attempting to buy my property. I have put myself on their do not send any more list every single time. And yet I get more and more. This has been going on at least three years or more. It's harassment. It's an attempt to scam people from their homes. No my property is not for sale and I'm sick and tired of this constant bs.

      Wish I could give Rebuilt 0 stars, my experience was absolutely terrible. It started with their marketing department sending me a check for one of the homes I own and it was an amount that was worth having a conversation. Chris let me know that the number wasn't attainable or even close. He called me back shortly after and said it was a "new program" and the number was valid. We set up an inspection and literally 10 minutes before the inspection Chris called to let me know (without a reason) that they would only agree to a sales price that was 15k lower. Later, in a text I still have, Chris let me know that management simply was trying to get "more margin" in the deal. After we cancelled the inspection, his boss Patrick got in touch with me. After another apology, we agreed that with Chris out of the way we might be able to get a deal done. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. They had to cancel the next inspection because of a "new system" they implemented. This time they cancelled 5 minutes before the inspection was supposed to take place. We finally got the inspection done and they said they would agree to a price 13.5k lower than what was discussed up to that point. I could elaborate but will spare the additional details. Complete lack of integrity and honesty, I would advise against using this company. Shame on me for continuing the conversation well beyond when I should have but I signed an intent letter at the original price that was worth talking about in the first place.

      I put in an offer on a property Rebuilt listed. My offer was “accepted” and contract was sent for me to sign. I discovered a couple discrepancies in the contract and refused to sign until corrected. One issue was they marked cash offer. I had informed the rep (Chase C*****) multiple times my banker was out of town until Monday. Once I pointed out this issue the rep said he thought it was cash and didn’t like having to utilize a loan. He said it would be corrected and I would be resent the contract. Did not hear from rep for several hours so I reached out to him. He told me “new development” the company received a higher bid and accepted it so this property no longer available. Rep stopped responding at this point. Seems kind of shady business practices. Just be careful, thorough and don’t fall victim to their high pressure sales tactics they implement. Read every line in their contracts for accuracy.

      I am tired of being harassed by this company. I had enough when I got home from work today from this company. I received a picture of my home on a post card. That means everyone that handle that card not only knows what's in my driveway and what my home looks like they have my address as well. I called to tell them to stop only to be greeted by a rude person and threatened me with the police if I come to their office to tell them to stop. There needs to be a lawsuit open for harassment against this company!

      Weird company or whatever it is, feel it is completely creepy and very inappropriate for them to send me a postcard with front view picture of my home stating that they want to buy my house! My house hasn’t been on the market since I bought it back in early 2000s.. Completely inappropriate.

      0 stars received an offer on my home from them in the form of what looks like a check! I have not even inquired about selling for any reason!!!!??? Not at all professional and feels EXTREMELY SCAMISH because of statements made in Short letter to me. This is a public report Incase there was to be any fraudulent activity regarding my property and home.

      This company is absolutely horrible. I would never recommend anyone to use them. I have recently tried to buy three properties from them over past two months and all they did was waste my time the day before closing on the property. They told me that I cannot buy it due to, lack of knowledge on their end and lack of due diligence I have tried to buy three properties from these people and all three times I was unsuccessful. I wasted almost 2 months of my life dealing with these people is a lifetime in real estate several thousands of dollars wasting my time and my efforts , I will not recommend anyone to use these people at all. Trust me when I say This let my experience be the only one you need

      THIS COMPANY SENT AN OFFER TO MY 98-YEAR-OLD MOTHER WHAT ACTUALLY LOOKED LIKE A CHECK. I CALLED THE COMPANY TO SAY I DIDN'T THINK THIS WAS RIGHT THAT THEY SEND FAKE CHECKS TO SENIORS. I WAS TOLD THAT IT SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM BECAUSE IN REAL SMALL LETTERS IT STATED IT WAS A FAKE CHECK. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR, I WAS TOLD THERE WASNT ONE. THE REP THEN PROCEEDED TO GET SMART WITH ME AND I EVENTUALLY HUNG UP. THIS LOOKS CLOSE TO ELDER ABUSE. I NEED TO FIND SOMEPLACE I CAN FILE A REAL COMPLAINT
