      Problems with billing on their end, turned into me cancelling my service and they kept the money I paid for the quarter and refused to continue service through the term.
      They have terrible customer service, you can’t reach anyone on the phone, only through “tickets”. I’ve had their service for 3 years, it was great until this last year… it all went downhill. Now they’re keeping my money and pointing to a clause in the agreement that says if you cancel at anytime, you forfeit any money paid for the quarter. I tried to reason with them, it was my intention to continue through the quarter and cancel at the end of the service I paid for, but they kept my money and ignored me. DO NOT START SERVICE with these yahoos.

      Earth savers has failed to pick up our recycling bin four times in a row. Each time we have reported the issue, they told us the Other Driver using a GPS system said there was no bin set out to be picked up
      We have had to take photos of our recycle bin set out on the street the day before pick up so that we have verified that the bin is out and ready to be picked up. Still no solution.
      It is extremely difficult to reach a customer support representative for this company. They tell you upfront that they do not respond to voicemails and discourage anything but using their online form, which only occasionally gets any response
      We are giving them one more chance to rectify the situation before we feel compelled to cancel service. Which seems very strange for a company that sees its business as helping to save the earths resources.
