    Reached out initially to the customer service email for Sketcher and received a reply from Sketchers *****. Sketchers India was unable to satisfy me with an answer or solution. I find it odd and frustrating that a large company like Sketchers would be unable to come to a resolution on the quality of the product more timely.

    I purchased a pair of sketchers on 6/21/24 I have always bought sketchers the same size over and over and over a very loyal customer but the last prayer I received were way too big, but they were the same size that Ive always ordered. Ive only wore the shoes four times I am wheelchair bound and they kept falling off my feet when I would scoot in my wheelchair. My wife returned the sketchers and they received them on 7/18/24. I requested a refund several days later. I had to contact sketchers and asked them why they have not issued me a refund, within an hour, they issued me a gift card I called immediately and they said that they show signs of wear really my wife wiped the edge of the dust off of the bottom put them in the box and returned them. I want a refund not a gift card I will never ever ever purchase sketchers again , I have been a loyal customer for years make it right $71.50 is not gonna break you. The shoes are in excellent condition when they were returned. Stop treating people like this.
