      Falu Security, specifically, ****** **** *************************************** was contracted to provide a security person to guard the exhibit hall entrance and AV equipment on all of the above dates for specific times including from midnight to 7 am on Friday *****, ****** 2nd, through Saturday morning, August 3rd, 2024. **** paid you in advance for these services.Your employee left at midnight on Friday, August 2nd, 2024, and while the entrance was unguarded until 7 am, Saturday August 3rd, 2024, $1,840 in merchandise was stolen from the exhibit hall. You agreed to reimburse ***** ********, the owner of the property, for the $1,840 in stolen equipment and to refund NCRA $210 (7 hours at $30/hour) for the hours when the agreed upon service was not provided It has been almost 2 months since the convention and such payment has not been received by either Ms. ******** or ****. **** and ***** ******** have continuously tried to contact Mr. ******** with no response.
