    On New Years Eve, 2022 we paid Music City Shuttle $20 per person for round trip shuttle service from our hotel, ***** *****, to downtown Nashville and back to our hotel. When we arrived at the designated pickup location around 10 pm for our return trip, there were already people waiting for the shuttle. The number of people waiting for the shuttle grew to about 40. At 11pm I began calling my hotel for assistance because no shuttle had picked up or dropped off since at least 9:45 pm. My hotel called an **** for us due to the fact that Music City Shuttle was unreachable. I made note of the clear and accident free roads on way back to our hotel. I’ve called their office three times and got no answer or reply.
    I wanted to give no star rating but had to give one star to submit my review. There is no way to verify I was a customer as they take cash as you enter the shuttle and no personal information was collected.
