  Had Book with Nashville Pedal Tavern for the first time- And was not pleased at all. Melissa (the driver) Went over ground Rules before driving off #1 KEEP ON ALL CLOTHS - (Understandable) 45 mins into the ride she accuse one of the passenger showing her bottom so she pulled over the bike with no explanation and screamed/ cursed at us and told us to get off. As I spoke with the company they of course believe the driver story, Which was a lie. The passenger was pulling up her pants as she felt her shorts were rolling down. Awful Experience.

  We had a group of 8 that went on the pedal bike on the evening of Saturday, August 13th. We were all redoing our waivers because the ones completed online didn't transfer. While we were being helped by a young woman at the back desk, there was a family at the front desk voicing a complaint. We didn't think much of it until things became heated between the workers and the family. Listening to the issue, the family was complaining of discrimination. They had asked to use the bathroom for their elderly father and been told they weren't able to use the facility since they weren't paying customers. The family stated they understood this and had been customers of a neighboring venue, who was closed upon their return. While I understand having a policy regarding paying customers, when an elderly or any person, for that matter needs to use the restroom in an emergency - I don't believe there should be a question. The gentleman at the desk was smirking at them, completely disregarding what the family was trying to say. My sister and I interjected as the level of disrespect from him and the dark haired young woman at the desk were repulsive. It was blatant discrimination to the American-Indian family. When I voiced the amount of disrespect and ill-mannered behavior witnessed to the 3 employees at the desk - they also just smirked at us and told us we didn't know the situation. The young blonde was the only one who had any grace about her. The American-Indian family had a husband, wife with their teenage son and grandmother and grandfather. The grandmother was in tears she was so upset. It was disgusting to see how they were treated. The gentleman behind the counter then turned on us for supporting the family and their disrespectful nature saying we were "belligerent" - which we certainly were not. The young man should be fired and the two young woman working with him should have been supportive of that action. I was ashamed for them and felt truly disheartened.
