    ***************, of Pat Holt Music passes himself off as ********** Productions and Performer Records.I paid him approximately $7,000.00 to produce 5 songs.We recorded them at his studio in Music Row, ********* **.He also advertises as a Publisher, which he is not.I recently found out that his Mixes of the 5 songs were inferior to Industry standards and all 5 songs will have to be remixed to reach a 24 Bit High Resolution mix to be master mixed for the best it can be.He promised to nominate 1 song as an instrumental to the Grammy's and lied. He was going to publish me and did not and lied again. He also never mixed properly 3 other songs I recorded at his studio and they also will have to be remixed. I might add that I asked for an all Afican American Band for this session and he said OK! when I got there it was the same white musicians from before. He totally humiliated me in front of them and told them all that I requested all Black musicians for the session and ruined the session. He also humiliated me in front of ***************************. He has no website and I found him on a ****** search and I was looking for an agent and I stumbled across a smooth talking Flim Flam artist. I searched the Sec. of State and there is no ********** Productions or a Performer Records. You can see he has a sign outside his studio that says all of this. I would like all of my $7,000.00 back immediately + an additional $3,200.00 for the remixing of 8 songs I recorded with him. Next stop is the Chamber of Commerce.
